I'm Kian Golestanjoo, a Mortgage Advisor with NEXA Lending. I help homebuyers, homeowners and real estate investors understand their options and choose financing that actually fits what they're trying to accomplish.

Some people come to me with a straightforward question. Others have been told no, are self-employed, own multiple properties or have a situation that doesn't fit neatly into a traditional loan program. I take the time to look at the full picture, compare available options and explain what the numbers really mean, without pressure or vague answers.

Sometimes the right answer is to move forward now. Sometimes it makes more sense to wait, strengthen a few things and come back with a better plan. I'll be honest either way. My goal is for you to understand the payment, cash needed and trade-offs before you make a decision.

I help residential clients across North Carolina and real estate investors nationwide. I speak English, Persian (Farsi) and Indonesian, and I'm available from 7:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week.

Outside of mortgages, I enjoy hiking, being outdoors and anything with a little adrenaline. I spent much of my life in Indonesia, and family is still a big part of who I am.
